Compare it to a normal cross-sectional MRI, same level, same age group. You know how to do that, right? Let's say this is the spinal canal. The spinal cord is in there. What's the shape of your patient's spinal canal? Hold your hands up. Start with the normal shape. Show me where it ends up. You've been following my stuff for a while. In what directions do we tend to get compressed?
